I've been all over the internet and found no help at all. I saw one comment in this thread that led me to choose "Light Chipboard" instead of the Heavy chipboard material. Then it worked! I think the problem must arise when the material selected requires the knife blade rather than the fine tip blade in clamp B.

Such a relief after so much frustration!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13247571833012863418noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28490063.post-16854118506871668182019-03-24T20:45:39.601-04:002019-03-24T20:45:39.601-04:00Just curious what is the best material to pick whe...Just curious what is the best material to pick when wanting to engrave on Aluminium?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09157299250614733004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28490063.post-50389671586933987672019-02-08T09:44:58.288-05:002019-02-08T09:44:58.288-05:00The tool I received (form Amazon) doesn't fit ...The tool I received (form Amazon) doesn't fit in the clamp B, it is too thick !
It would be nice to add a note how to use it in the tool package.POTEM4https://www.blogger.com/profile/02910098432896830002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28490063.post-4562934340527788652019-01-23T19:25:25.720-05:002019-01-23T19:25:25.720-05:00I have found that the engraving tip that I purchas...I have found that the engraving tip that I purchased doesn't do what I expected. All I really want to do is scribe 3 lines of text on a "small" brass nameplate but the letters are always "outlined" and because of the small font being used the finished product is hard to read. Is there a way to simply etch/scribe without outlined characters with the MAKER even if I have to purchase something and possibly use the "A" side?ORD312https://www.blogger.com/profile/03740136722356337191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28490063.post-61883838120188526782018-08-18T11:07:45.472-04:002018-08-18T11:07:45.472-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Dianehttp://www.delightfullight.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28490063.post-7225531895519569952018-07-18T18:32:34.165-04:002018-07-18T18:32:34.165-04:00will you be making a holder for the a side so it c...will you be making a holder for the a side so it can be used on that side as well.
