Celebrate the season clear cardstock card and engraving tip
One of my favorite things to do with the engraving tip is to engrave on the clear cardstock! I'm addicted to the stuff, it is completely clear like transparency, but a bit thicker like cardstock, but thin enough to fold in half for a card! For the snowflakes I used Winter Woodland with Design Studio, and the engraving tip to etch them into the clear cardstock. I used Just Because Cards for the card cut out, using multi-cut of 2 and max pressure, with a blade depth of 5 to make sure to cut through the clear cardstock.
For the snow hills I used Silhouette's fuzzy vinyl in white, and a craft knife to make the hills.
I then used Winter Frolic for the snowmen! The Silhoutte fuzzy vinyl was cut for the top layer. It easily cuts with the Cricut.
I also added a piece of the October Afternoon to the very back of the card, look how cute it looks! Like a snow village!
Last of all I used the stamps and StayzOn ink to stamp the sentiment on the fuzzy vinyl. No sun in Michigan today, so I had a heck of a time getting good pics of this card, it looks sooo much neater in person!
Like what you see? Leave a comment to let me know!
I love the dimension and texture in this card!
