Glam Baby layout with Chomas Creations embossing kit

I got this new backdrop for my photography, it is just yellow (I love yellow, such a cheery color) and wanted to test it out with the kids.  My 16 year old came home, I told her to hurry and change as she was a test subject!  She went upstairs, changed her shirt and added the scarf, what a nice touch!  I just love how she adds these extra touches!  She laughed when I told her the title of her page, but to me, she is GLAM BABY!
For the background on this page, I used a zebra print for Make-the-Cut, which you can download here... zebra print
To get this look, I added a 9x12 sheet of the Ten Seconds Studios metal sheets to my embossing mat, black side down.  I embossed the design with the Chomas Creations embossing kit, flipped it over, used a burnishing tool to sand the black off the raised surface, cleaned that off, then used the white StayzOn to run over the raised surface.  Voila, a zebra pattern!

The title was done with the Rock Princess cartridge for the Cricut.  I picked up this silver paper at Target for $1 for 2 sheets!  It cuts great, and is in the scrapbook section.  Of course being it is mirrored, I had a hard time getting a good pic of it!

Last I added some extra stars and my my shining star (my daughter hehe) to the page!
