Birthday Wishes with Chomas Creations adjustable marker holder

This is a simple card I made using the Chomas Creations adjustable marker holder in the Cameo with a white Signo Uniball gel pen.  The cupcake with 1 candle (perfect for my nephew's 1st birthday!) was a sketch download from the Silhouette Studio store.  I just love the white gel pen on kraft cardstock!  The birthday wishes sentiment is also a Studio download.
