Precision tip for the Silhouette Cameo
Chomas Creations new precision tip can work in the Silhouette Cameo as well as the entire line of Silhouette machines! I used it to etch into acrylic and make these 2 inch squares that I am going to make into keychains. I used a speed of 1, a thickness of 20 and a multi cut of 8. I did raise the precision tip up to the line that is engraved on the tool so it wouldn't scratch the surface of the acrylic.

Where did you get your acrylic blanks?
Melanie I got them from Craft Chameleon
I just bought the precision tip for the Maker, and while it engraves well, the image is very sharp and jagged to the touch (I engraved on aluminum blanks). I was wondering if this was because of the fine tip. Would I get a better result with the original engraver instead?
I purchased your kit from amazon and it came with the dog bone tag and was wondering how I get the placement/digital file for it?
How thick are the acrylic blanks? I have some but they are too thick to run through :(

You need to look for blanks thinner then 3mm. Craft chameleon.
