Chomas Creations mini gel pen holder, Silhouette & Make-the-Cut

Have you heard the great Make-the-Cut news?  There is now a plug-in for the Silhouette for MTC to make it even easier to use.  If there is one thing I have a ton of, it is SVG's.  I've been collecting them for a couple of years now.  Now they are super easy to use with MTC and the Silhouette, which makes me one happy camper!
This was a super simple card, but I wanted to try out the new plug-in, and let me say how impressed I am, super easy to do!
Here is another thing I like about MTC, the layers!  For this quick cut, by clicking on the eye on the new layer, it turns off that layer.  I kept the eye on for the default layer, as this is what I want to draw with the Chomas Creations mini gel pen holder for the Silhouette.
After you get the plug-in for the Silhouette, it is easy to use, just click on the Cut project with... tab in MTC and click on the Silhouette SD.
Wait till you see the details you can get with the Chomas Creations mini gel pen holder for the Silhouette, simply amazing!!!
Next, without removing the mat from the Silhouette machine, click the eye on the new layer to turn it back on, and click on the eye in the default layer to turn it off.  Now you can cut the shadow around the frame.
Here is the finish up on my card, look how pretty the Chomas Creations mini gel pen holder with the glitter mini gel pens do in the Silhouette!  If you want to try using MTC with the Silhouette, you can download a trial version using the link on the left side of my blog.
